Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-09-28. This policy covers hopnonstop.com, published by Hop Nonstop.

The short version

We do not ask you for a name, an email address, or an account, and we have nothing to sell you. There is no login and no newsletter. We show no advertising. The only thing you can send us is a thumbs-up or thumbs-down on a page, described below, and even that is anonymous. What else is collected comes from the request logs and the analytics below.

What we collect directly

Nothing you type. The airport search box runs entirely in your browser against data already downloaded with the page; what you type is never sent to a server. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

The site is served by Amazon CloudFront, which processes standard request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver pages and guard against abuse. We keep these request logs for up to 12 months and use them to see how the site is crawled and used. They are not linked to you and are not shared.

Page feedback

Most pages show a small card asking whether the page helped. It is entirely optional — ignoring or closing it is a normal answer, and it will not ask you again on that page.

If you do answer, we record four things and nothing else: the path of the page you were on, whether you said yes or no, any of the fixed reasons you ticked, and the note you typed if you typed one. No name, no email, no account, no cookie, no identifier of any kind — the rows cannot be linked to you or to each other, and we could not tell you which answers were yours because we do not know. The page address is stored without its query string, so nothing a link carried into the page is kept.

Please do not put personal details in the note. It is stored as written and we have no way to find it again on your behalf. The record is held by Supabase, who host our database.

Analytics

We use two analytics services, only to understand which pages are read and to decide which airports and routes to cover next.

Ahrefs Web Analytics counts page views. It is cookieless and does not build cross-site profiles of visitors.

Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages viewed, the page you arrived from, your approximate location (city or region), and your device, browser and screen size. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to tell a return visit from a new one. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have switched off Google signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used for advertising. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland these cookies are not set.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Google's privacy policy describes what it does with the data.

Links to other sites

Pages link out to airline and flight-search sites, and to official airport parking pages. These are ordinary informational links — not paid placements or affiliate links — and we earn nothing if you follow them. Once you leave, the destination site's own privacy policy applies.

Your choices

The site sets no advertising cookies and shows no ads. The only cookies are Google Analytics' (above); you can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site works exactly the same. Because we hold no account and no contact details for you, there is generally no personal data of yours for us to retrieve or delete.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
